2. Description of Service

Ionogen provides lead generation services through various digital marketing channels including social media platforms, email marketing, and targeted advertising. Our service helps businesses identify and connect with qualified prospects.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must complete our qualification process and be approved by our team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Qualification

Ionogen reserves the right to approve or deny service applications based on our internal qualification criteria. Not all applicants will be approved for our platform.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our services are provided on a per-lead basis with pricing ranging from $40-$60 per qualified lead, depending on the marketing channel and targeting complexity. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

6. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all leads meet the targeting criteria specified in your campaign setup. Leads that do not meet these criteria may be eligible for replacement or refund according to our quality assurance policy.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for:

• Illegal activities or spam
• Harassment or inappropriate contact
• Misleading or deceptive marketing practices
• Violation of platform terms of service (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ionogen and its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ionogen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
